Return Policy

Returns can be processed up to 30 days upon receipt of the ordered part(s). All returns are required to be returned in resaleable condition, in the original packaging, and with a copy of the invoice. Customers are responsible for shipping cost and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Zimmer Motor, Inc. will not accept any returned part that has been used, tampered with, or not returned in the original packaging. All special ordered and electrical parts are non-returnable. Zimmer Motor, Inc. reserves the right and full discretion to refuse a return for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

All special ordered parts are final at the point of sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
